Frisbii MCP Server Beta: free until 30 September 2026

Your Frisbii data, in the AI assistant you already use.

Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP-compatible AI assistant to Frisbii Billing & Pay. Ask about customers, subscriptions, invoices and payments in plain language. Where your permissions allow, act on the answer without opening Frisbii.

No build required. No opt-out required. You're only charged for what you use, and not before 1 October.

Why connect

Less looking. More doing.

Most billing work isn't the decision. It's the retrieval. Finding the customer, or the failed payment, opening the subscription, checking the invoice. We're deleting that step.

1

Get the answer, not the search

"Show me every overdue invoice for this customer" used to be a filter, an export and ten minutes. Now it's a sentence, and the answer arrives with the context around it. The time your team spends finding the record is time they get back.

2

Finish the job in the same breath

Looking it up is half the work. Where your permissions allow, your assistant can retry the failed payment, apply the coupon, void the invoice or pause the subscription, all in the same conversation, without switching systems.

3

Your permissions still decide

The connection uses a Frisbii API key you issue and control. What that key can do, the assistant can do; what it can't, the assistant can't. Give one team look-up access only and another the ability to act. Nothing is bypassed.

Bring Billing & Pay into the conversation.

Ask your AI assistant in plain language. It can understand the request, investigate the relevant Frisbii data, and help you take the next action.

Put your AI assistant to work with Skills

Boost productivity across everyday billing and subscription tasks.

Frisbii Skills turn common, multi-step processes into guided workflows your AI assistant can follow. Ask in natural language, let your AI assistant investigate the relevant Frisbii data, then review the recommended action before anything changes.

Skills bring the steps together for you, with checks, confirmations and verification built into the workflow.

View all Skills in our Knowledge Base →

Resolve a Billing Issue Skill

Go from customer complaint to resolution in one guided workflow.

Investigate billing history, identify what happened and get a recommended resolution, from refunding a charge or retrying a payment to correcting an invoice or applying a goodwill discount.

Save a Customer Skill

Find the right next step when a customer is at risk of leaving.

Review what may be driving the cancellation and work through the appropriate retention option, such as fixing a payment problem, offering a temporary pause or applying an approved discount.

Change a Subscription Skill

Make subscription changes with the impact clear before you commit.

Upgrade or downgrade a plan, manage add-ons, pause or resume a subscription, or cancel it, with the expected customer and billing impact shown before the change is made.

What any one person can do depends on the permissions of the API key they connect with. Multi-step investigations and payout reconciliation sit with Act rather than See.

Beta

Tell us what's working, and what isn't.

This is a beta, and these free weeks are as much for us as for you. We want to know which questions your team asks most, where the answer wasn't good enough, which action you wanted and couldn't take, and anything that felt wrong.

Every piece of feedback goes straight to the product team building this, and it shapes what ships next. No form to fill in, no ticket to raise. Write us a sentence.

Tell Frida in the Frisbii platform chat, or email beta@frisbii.com. Ask Frida for MCP help too.

Most useful to us

  • The question you asked, and what you expected back
  • An action you wanted to take but couldn't
  • Anywhere the answer was wrong, slow or incomplete
  • The workflow you'd automate first if you could
Pricing

Free until 30 September. Then you only pay for what you use.

From 1 October 2026, usage is measured in tokens.

1 token = €0.01 / 0.08 DKK / 0.11 SEK / 0.11 NOK *

You're only charged for the tokens you use. If you don't use the MCP Server tools, you're not charged. Until 30 September everything is free: every look-up, every change, on every plan.

How tokens work
What you doTokens
SEE Look something up: a customer, an invoice, a payment1
ACT Make a change: retry a payment, apply a coupon, pause a subscription5
Run a deep investigation across several records10
One question can involve more than one action, so a single question may cost more than one token.
A Frisbii token is a unit of billing work. It's unrelated to the tokens your AI assistant counts.
* The initial post-beta pricing model may evolve as we learn from beta usage and feedback.
Get started

Three steps, and one of them is asking a question.

Step 1

Issue an API key

Usually your technical or ops owner. Look-up permissions only for teams who just need answers; add change permissions for the teams who act.

Step 2

Connect your assistant

Follow the setup guide for Claude, ChatGPT or your MCP-compatible tool. A one-time setup.

Step 3

Ask your first question

Try "Show me this customer's billing history", then follow it wherever your team's real work goes.

Not sure which permissions to give? Start with look-up only. You can issue a second key with change permissions once you know what your team actually needs.

FAQ

Everything else, briefly.

What is the Frisbii MCP Server?

A connection between your AI assistant and your Frisbii Billing & Pay data. Once connected, you can ask questions about your Frisbii data in natural language and, where enabled, perform supported actions directly through the assistant.

Which AI assistants can I connect?

Any assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Frisbii has a direct connector for Claude and ChatGPT today, with more planned. The knowledge base setup guide shows how to connect to these. You can also add the Frisbii MCP Server manually to any AI assistant that's adopted the MCP standard.

What's the difference between "See" and "Act"?

See retrieves and works with information from your Frisbii account. Act makes supported changes. Keeping them separate lets you give some people answers and others the ability to act. See the full list of supported MCP tools in the knowledge base.

Who in my company can perform actions?

Your organisation's entitlement decides which capabilities are available, and the permissions on the API key used for a connection decide what that connection can actually do. Connect with a key that lacks a permission and the assistant cannot perform that action. The MCP Server does not override your existing access controls. We have enabled every Frisbii account the entitlement to set up an AI assistant for SEE or ACT.

Is my Frisbii data copied into the AI assistant?

Information is requested from Frisbii when you ask for it, and what's returned depends on the tool used and your API key's permissions. You should also review the data handling and retention policies of the assistant you choose to connect.

Can the assistant change something I didn't ask it to?

The MCP Server exposes specific Frisbii tools to the assistant; it does not independently decide to change your account. Actions are initiated by your interaction and limited by both the tools Frisbii exposes and your API key's permissions. Your assistant may also apply its own confirmation step.

Can Frisbii see what I ask my AI assistant or the data I look up?

No. Frisbii does not have access to the questions you ask your AI assistant or the Frisbii data returned in response.

When you use the MCP Server, Frisbii records that a call was made so we can measure usage and apply the correct token charge. We do not receive the content of your prompt or a record of what you looked up through your AI assistant.

Your AI assistant accesses Frisbii using your API key, and what it can see or change is governed by the permissions attached to that key.

What will it cost after the free period?

Free from 24 August to 30 September 2026. From 1 October, usage is charged by token: look-ups cost 1 token, changes 5 tokens, and deep investigations 10 tokens.

1 token = €0.01 / 0.08 DKK / 0.11 SEK / 0.11 NOK.* You only pay for the tokens you use, and there is nothing to opt out of: if you don't use the MCP Server, you won't incur MCP usage charges.

* The initial post-beta pricing model may evolve as we learn from beta usage and feedback.
