Get paid on overdue invoices without chasing them yourself

When a subscription invoice goes unpaid, Collections Agent writes to your customer in their language, handles their reply and keeps the case moving until the invoice is paid. You set the rules. Your team steps in only where judgement is needed.

Illustrative example

Reminders go out. The follow-up still lands on your team.

Every reply needs a person

"I've already paid." "Can I pay on Friday?" "Can you resend the invoice?" Someone has to check Frisbii and write back.

Promises get lost

Promises to pay live in inboxes and spreadsheets, so reminders keep going to customers who have already agreed a date.

No record of what was said

Follow-ups happen in personal inboxes, so nobody can see what a customer was told, or why.

The result is a collections process that depends on who has time that week.

From overdue to paid, in one connected workflow

Every step happens on one case for the invoice, so each decision is made with the full picture: what is owed, why the payment failed and what the customer said last time.

  1. 1In the BETA

    Invoice goes unpaid

When a subscription invoice isn't paid, a collection case opens for it, whatever the payment method.

  2. 2Planned

    Smart Retry

Payment retries stay with your team for now. Smart Retry will time retries to recover payments before anyone is contacted.

  3. 3In the BETA

    Customer communication

The agent explains what went wrong, in your customer's language, with their personal payment link.

  4. 4In the BETA

    Replies and recovery

Answers questions, records promises to pay and hands disputes to your team. The case closes when the invoice is paid.

  5. 5Planned

    Collection agency handover

Only debts that meet your rules and are worth pursuing go to a collector, with the full history attached.

You set the rules. The agent does the work.

Your policy sets the hard limits. Your guidance, written in plain language, sets the tone and rhythm. Collections Agent works within both on every case.

You decide

  • Tone, reminder rhythm and when to hand a case to your team, in your own words
  • The amount above which a person always reviews the case
  • How far ahead a customer can promise to pay, and how many promises they get
  • The minimum time between emails
  • Whether new cases wait for your approval before anyone is contacted

The agent handles

  • Writing each email in your customer's language
  • Reading replies and answering invoice and payment questions
  • Checking Frisbii before every message, so paid invoices never get a reminder
  • Recording promises to pay and pausing reminders
  • Handing disputes, payment-plan requests and sensitive cases to your team

Start carefully. Switch on pending mode and every new case waits for your team to review it before the agent contacts anyone.

Step in any time. Take over a case, write to the customer yourself and hand it back with a note. The agent picks up where you left off.

See why it acted. Every email, decision and the reason behind it is recorded on the case. Each change to your policy or guidance is saved as a new version.

Clear limits. It never cancels invoices or subscriptions, issues refunds, offers discounts or payment plans, writes off debt or threatens legal action.

What changes for your team

Fewer cases to chase

Payment confirmations, invoice copies, payment instructions and promises to pay are handled for you. Your team works the exceptions.

Clear messages in your customer's language

Each email explains what went wrong and includes the customer's personal payment link, framed by your logo and footer.

A consistent process you can audit

Your policy and guidance apply to every case, every day, and every decision is recorded with its reason.

Every case worked before it escalates

Each overdue invoice is followed up properly, not only the ones someone had time for. The BETA measures the effect on your recovery.

What it looks like in practice

The card has expired

A monthly subscription payment fails. The agent sends a friendly email with a payment link, the customer pays with a new card the same day and the case closes. Nobody on your team is involved.

"I get paid on the 25th, can I pay then?"

The date is within your policy, so the agent confirms it and sends no further reminders until then. If the date passes without payment, it follows up again.

"I've already paid."

The agent checks the payment status in Frisbii and only confirms the payment if it can see it.

"We dispute this invoice."

The agent hands the case to your team, with the full conversation and the reason for the handover. Your team is alerted in Frisbii.

Where AI helps, and where it doesn't decide

AI is used where fixed rules fall short: understanding what a customer means in their reply, and writing a clear message in their language that fits your guidance and the stage of the case.

Your policy and Frisbii's safety rules always come first, and the agent checks the invoice in Frisbii before every action. It never makes bookings or changes invoices.

Every email the agent writes tells your customer they are communicating with an AI, as EU rules require. Emails your team writes don't carry this text.

In the BETA

AI-written emails and reply handling, within your policy and guidance.

Planned

Retry timing that learns from payment data, and recommendations on which unpaid invoices are worth handing to a collection agency.

Principle

The agent takes on more only where results show it should, and you stay in control of the rules.

See what's at stake, in your own numbers

Enter a few figures from your collections today. We'll show how much sits in overdue invoices, how much time your team spends chasing it, and what each point of recovery is worth. These are your numbers, not a forecast.

Example figures shown. Replace them with your own.

Time spent on collections, per year240 hours
If recovery improved by

Questions finance teams ask

How do I join the BETA?

Fill in the form on this page. Within 48 hours, the BETA team will be in touch to give you a short demo and answer your questions. We then switch Collections Agent on for your account and help you set up your policy, guidance and email template in Frisbii.

Which invoices does it work on?

Overdue subscription invoices, whatever the payment method. One-off invoices aren't included in the BETA.

Does it replace my existing dunning?

Yes, for reminder emails. Once Collections Agent is activated for your account, emails from your existing dunning process stop, including for invoices that are already part-way through it. Payment retries remain a decision for your team.

Who writes the emails?

The agent writes each email itself, in your customer's language, based on your guidance and the case. Your logo, footer, payment instructions and AI disclosure text surround every message.

Will my customers know they're talking to an AI?

Yes. Every email the agent writes includes your AI disclosure text, as EU rules require. The agent sends no emails until this text is saved.

Can I review cases before the agent contacts anyone?

Yes. Switch on Create new cases as pending in your policy, and each new case waits until someone on your team hands it to the agent.

What happens when a customer replies?

The agent answers questions about the invoice, sends invoice copies and payment instructions, and records promises to pay within your limits. Disputes, payment-plan requests, difficult personal situations and requests to speak to a person go to your team. Out-of-office replies are ignored.

Will customers who've already paid get a reminder?

No. The agent checks the invoice in Frisbii before every message. When the invoice is settled, the case closes automatically. If a customer pays outside Frisbii, for example by bank transfer, register the payment on the invoice and the case closes.

Which channels does it use?

Email only in the BETA. Other channels are planned.

Does it send cases to a debt collection agency?

Not in the BETA. Collection agency handover is planned as part of the same workflow.

What data does the AI see?

Only the invoice, payment and conversation details it needs for the case. Card details and payment credentials are never shared with the model.

What does it cost, during and after the BETA?

The BETA is paid from day one. Collections Agent uses Frisbii AI tokens: 200 for the first contact on a case and 120 for each follow-up, plus 1% of the revenue it recovers. Token packs start at 5,200 tokens for €50 a month, with no setup fee or monthly minimum.

Can I stop it?

Yes. Switch off Collections agent enabled in your policy and the agent stops acting on all cases. Your settings are kept.
